Job summary

Critical Velocity Talent Solutions seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume deli restaurant in the Tampa market. You will own the operation end-to-end, from guest experience to financial performance, and build a culture of accountability, coaching, and hospitality.

In this four-wall operator role, you’ll engage on the floor, drive results through presence, and develop future leaders while maintaining exceptional food quality, service standards, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high-volume environment.
• Progressive restaurant leadership with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong ownership of operations and business results.
• Experience managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and promote internal talent.
• Solid understanding of restaurant KPIs and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with ownership and accountability.
• Maintain hospitality, urgency, execution, and teamwork.
• Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.
