Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and in-store restaurant operations. You will be responsible for executing business plans to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

You will build and coach teams, manage staffing, conduct meetings, and analyze P&L performance to ensure standards are met while maintaining a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
• Drive sales, manage team members, and perform P&L analysis.
