Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably with lifestyle or full-service brands.
• Brand experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, results-driven leadership.
• Visible, approachable leadership style focused on developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire hotel operation across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales.
• Be a hands-on, visible leader who motivates the team and steps in where needed.
• Drive guest service, satisfaction, quality, and standards.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans and budgets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to maximize revenue.
• Understand the local market and opportunities to strengthen the hotel's presence.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain talent.
• Create developmental training opportunities for associates.
• Foster a professional, respectful, collaborative, and fun workplace.
• Maintain financial discipline and internal controls; ensure adherence to standards.
