Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a First Line Support Production Engineer to provide hands-on technical support ensuring safe, efficient production of EXE modules. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and tooling issues, develop OCAPs and Fishbones, and work with Production, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems.
• Experience reading manufacturing drawings and engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support in a cleanroom and troubleshoot production processes.
• Develop OCAPs, Fishbones and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Support diagnostics qualification and implementation for production staff.
• Evaluate failed parts and propose corrective actions.
• Read mechanical, optical and electrical drawings.
• Assist in DOA root cause analysis.
