Job summary

This role requires proven high-volume restaurant experience, a track record of developing leaders, and the ability to drive guest satisfaction, food safety, and financial performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the line during peak periods alongside the team.
• Lead all restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and floor presence.
• Review and analyze P&L statements; manage labor costs and food costs.
