Responsibilities

• Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of building systems and equipment
• Perform general maintenance duties such as light fixture replacement and basic repairs
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete tasks
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks
• Learn to use the CMMS program to log and support work performed
• Follow fire, safety and other emergency practices and report unsafe conditions
• Assist with basic upkeep of lighting and building components
• Record maintenance activity in logbooks
• Assist with surface prep and painting and drywall repairs
• Help maintain maintenance inventory and notify supervisor when supplies run low
