Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Technical, vocational or on‑the‑job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and paint as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
