Job summary

Mouratoglou Racket Club Noblesville is seeking a Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, safety, upkeep, and presentation of the indoor facility. This hands-on role involves cleaning, handyman work, and supervising staff while coordinating preventive maintenance and vendor projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in facility maintenance, strong HVAC knowledge, and experience supervising teams in guest-facing venues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facility maintenance or building operations.
• Experience in sports clubs or guest-facing venues preferred.
• Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning and maintenance daily.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean indoor tennis and padel courts daily.
• Oversee cleaning of locker rooms, restrooms, pro shop, and food/beverage area.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor work.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost tracking.
• Hire, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and fire code compliance.
