Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper to keep our club's spaces clean and well maintained, indoors and outdoors. This role covers routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and coordination with department heads to meet club standards.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform tasks from carpet cleaning to basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with emphasis on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in general maintenance or housekeeping in a golf club environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, and fixtures.
• Complete daily assignments to meet club standards; keep areas orderly and clean.
• Perform or coordinate repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance.
