Job summary

Mouratoglou Racket Club Noblesville seeks a Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the indoor facility. This hands-on role requires performing cleaning, minor repairs, and managing preventive maintenance while supervising staff and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities include court care for tennis and padel, janitorial duties, building systems monitoring, safety compliance, and budget/inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, janitorial, or building operations.
• Experience supervising staff and working with vendors.
• Willingness to do hands-on cleaning and physical work daily.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance logs, scheduling, and email.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: CPR/AED certification and EPA 608 certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean indoor tennis and padel courts daily.
• Coordinate court resurfacing and surface repairs as needed.
• Oversee locker rooms, restrooms, reception, pro shop, and F&B areas cleaning.
• Perform minor repairs: plumbing, lighting, doors, hardware.
• Monitor HVAC and lighting; maintain building systems.
• Develop and run preventive maintenance schedules.
• Source and supervise third-party vendors and contractors.
• Ensure safety codes, fire regs, and chemical safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget, inventory, and cost tracking.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; set standards.
