Job summary

Invited is seeking a Racquet Sports Maintenance Attendant to uphold high standards for our racquet courts and surrounding areas. You will maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the supervisor to complete tasks efficiently. Previous maintenance or custodial work in recreational facilities is preferred; strong interpersonal skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior maintenance or custodial experience preferred, especially in recreational facilities.
• Familiarity with racquet court surfaces (clay, grass, hard) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols for maintenance tasks and chemical handling.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with members and staff during duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain racquet courts and surrounding areas to club standards.
• Keep courts clean, safe, and in good repair for members and guests.
• Perform brushing, lining, lighting maintenance, fence repairs, and resurfacing tasks as needed.
• Operate and clean tools and equipment per safety guidelines.
• Daily cleaning of locker rooms, water stations, and other amenities.
• Ensure racquet areas are stocked with towels, cups, ice, and related supplies.
• Uphold club values and professional appearance including uniform and nametag.
