Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities or maintenance experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on repair ability and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and local travel within Virginia Beach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine repairs to be done in-house or by approved vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
