Job summary
Wendy's Delight Restaurant Group in Portsmouth, VA seeks a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical components. You will diagnose issues and execute repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years in technical maintenance or facilities management.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Repair critical facility equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, generators.
- Identify root causes and perform repairs to restore functionality.
- Support PM programs and assist PM Technicians when needed.
- Ensure safety protocols and properly document maintenance activities.
- Respond to urgent facility issues requiring technical expertise.
- Assist with special projects or other technical tasks.
