Qualifications

• Five years of experience in building construction or maintenance, or road/bridge construction/maintenance.
• Two-year training program in building construction or engineering with three years of related experience.
• Eighteen semester hours in construction field or engineering with two years in building maintenance or road/bridge work.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews construction/maintenance documents and expenditures for contracts, projects, and RFPs.
• Approves purchasing requests up to approved limits.
• Maintains records related to facility activities.
• Prepares facility information and reports for expenditures and manpower.
• Consults with state agencies, directors, architects, project managers, contractors and contract engineers.
