Job summary

Indotronix is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician for Ward Hill, MA. This 12-month contract role involves preventive maintenance on facility equipment, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and general building upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years in related maintenance, with strong safety awareness and the ability to read procedures and work orders. On-site work with occasional contractor coordination is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, building maintenance, or related hands-on role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, safety instructions, and work orders.
• Strong attention to safety, quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and site assets per schedules and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
• Complete basic troubleshooting and repairs within training scope.
• Perform general building maintenance: doors, walls, flooring, fixtures, shelving, furniture.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, and projects.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and work orders.
