• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and site assets.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
• Complete basic troubleshooting and repairs within training scope.
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs (doors, walls, flooring, fixtures, shelving, furniture).
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks safely.
• Support installation, relocation, and removal of equipment and assets.
• Move materials, load/unload equipment, organize storage areas, and assist with facility projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work by safety and urgency.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and completed work orders.
