Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable operation of its Massachusetts facility. This hands-on role performs preventative maintenance, routine inspections, general building repairs, and a variety of manual tasks to keep the site running smoothly and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, basic tools experience, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in facilities maintenance or related hands-on role preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility equipment and site assets.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety concerns.
• Complete basic troubleshooting and repairs within training scope.
• Perform general building maintenance including doors, walls, flooring, fixtures, shelving and furniture.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs and facility projects.
