Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Repair, install, and adjust furniture and fixtures.
• Move and rearrange furniture and equipment.
• Assist with office moves, room setups, events, and special facility projects.
• Perform minor drywall, painting, caulking, and general repairs.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and identify issues requiring outside service.
• Assist with landscaping, exterior cleanup, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
