Job summary

Hotel Burbank is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities in top condition, performing general repairs, drywall and painting, ceiling work, and daily upkeep.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and a reliable team player who can manage daily tasks efficiently and contribute to a safe, well-maintained property.

Experience with door hardware, window locks and cabinetry is a plus; flexibility to assist with miscellaneous projects is welcomed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Repairs: Fix door handles, window locks, and cabinet hardware.
• Drywall & Paint: Patch up, repair, and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Ceiling & Structure: Replace damaged ceiling tiles and keep the building looking great.
• Daily Support: Assist our team with overall facility maintenance and general upkeep.
