Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge for building systems

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with systems access.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
