Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities in Florida. You will perform maintenance and repairs, conduct inspections, and resolve issues, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving and knowledge of general maintenance procedures. You will work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven maintenance experience in similar role.
• Ability to read manuals and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing or replacing faulty electrical switches or outlets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and within specified timeframes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage areas, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
