Pro Staff is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician in Newington, NH, for a direct-hire opportunity. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with an annual pay range of $65,000–$70,000. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and facility operations in a growing manufacturing environment.

The job requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with contractors. You will join a team that prioritizes safety, independence, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to read building-related blueprints and drawings.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills required; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and ceiling tile replacement.
• Maintain facility grounds through landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal property upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Move equipment, furniture, and materials as needed.
• Coordinate with and oversee outside service contractors.
• Support facility projects, office reconfigurations, and workspace setups.
• Assist with supply ordering, utility tracing, measurements, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
