Suzano is seeking an Extrusion Engineer in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to support extrusion coating and converting operations. You will engage on‑the‑floor troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have a 0–3 year manufacturing background, a relevant engineering degree, and strong analytical skills. Expect hands‑on work, trials, and cross‑department collaboration to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Experience with extrusion, plastics processing, or paper manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor extrusion process performance, quality, and key parameters.
• Lead troubleshooting of coating defects and process variability.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Coordinate production trials and material changes for process gains.
• Develop and refine process standards and SOPs.
