Ideal candidates have an engineering background with 3–5 years in manufacturing, especially extrusion, and a track record of leading teams in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/technical degree or certification in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading frontline teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead extrusion operators and technicians with day-to-day guidance.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental and production procedures are followed.
• Monitor KPIs and schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly; escalate when needed.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability.
