Job summary

ADVOC8 is seeking an Event Program Manager to bridge on-site event production and warehouse operations from our Charlotte, NC facility. You’ll manage complex event kits 60% on the warehouse floor and 40% in planning and client coordination, ensuring timely, accurate shipments.

Your experience in hands-on warehouse roles, asset lifecycles, and proactive problem-solving will drive smooth activations for major brands.

• Hands-on warehouse experience on the floor with equipment.
• Real system ownership of inventory and assets.
• Experience with scenic assets and multi-piece components.
• Procedural discipline with paper trails.
• Process-improvement mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Organized, schedule-aware, able to anticipate time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, packing, and QC of event kits.
• Ensure all components are included in kits.
• Direct warehouse staff on daily kit assembly.
• Maintain organization systems for complex assets.
• Label kits with production nomenclature.
• Interface with clients about logistics and timelines.
• Collaborate with production teams and document programs.
• Track inventory and asset lifecycle.
