Cummins Worldwide in Largo, FL seeks a hands-on estate caretaker to own day-to-day operations of a private residence and ranch-style estate. This is a working, on-the-ground role requiring proactive maintenance, repairs, and practical problem solving.

You will personally fix, adjust, organize, and keep the property in excellent condition, with autonomy and attention to detail. This is not a desk job, but a trusted role with direct responsibility for upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property care, maintenance, estate support, or similar hands-on roles.
• Must be hands-on and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Able to operate basic tools and equipment for property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day upkeep of the property, including fixing, adjusting, and maintaining various areas as needed.
• Handle minor repairs and improvements to keep the estate in top condition.
• Regularly walk the property to identify anything that needs attention and take action.
• Keep outdoor and indoor areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure everything on the property is working properly and safely.
• Keep all exterior areas clean, organized, and presentable.
