Job summary

Laramar is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces at multiple properties in a professional, friendly manner. You will handle landscaping tasks, upkeep common areas, and assist with repairs as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some groundskeeping experience. This role requires safe tool use, driving, and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-year Groundskeeper or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Proficient in using manual power tools safely.
• Must have acceptable driving history and appropriate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Must consistently demonstrate quality customer service.
• Work alone or with a team in a professional and efficient manner.
• Keep all common areas safe, clean, and presentable.
• Mowing/edging and shrub/tree maintenance.
• Planting and ground maintenance; manage irrigation and drainage.
• Snow removal; paint and maintain infrastructure as needed.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with unit repairs.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and attend safety meetings.
• Comply with federal and local Fair Housing regulations.
