Compensation if hired after the internship is estimated between $52K - $62K, depending on many factors - this is an estimate only.

Training: REIC Rentals Safety and Process training. Experience with: Working outside in all weather conditions, working around heavy equipment, talking with customers, loading and washing equipment.

REICRentals is hiring a Yard Technician. We are looking forsomeone experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues andpassionate about safety, quality and customer service.

As aYard Technician, your responsibilities will include meticulously washing anddetailing rental equipment before delivery, inspecting small equipment forquality, managing the hookup and receiving of trailers or smaller rented items,and enhancing the overall visual appeal of the yard.

ATypical Day May Include:

• Prepping the yard for opening and closing of business
• Loading and unloading equipment and communicating rental detailswith the Rental Coordinator
• Washing and making any necessary repairs to returned equipment toensure it is rent-ready
• Assisting with the appearance, organization, and arrangement ofequipment in the yard

WorkSchedule:

Thisis a full-time position . The typical schedule is Mondaythrough Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM , with rotational Saturdaysfrom 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (generally every other week, with rareinstances of two Saturdays in a row).

Top Candidates Will Have:

• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliabletransportation
• Ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests
• A strong focus on safety

• Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
• Ability to work fluctuating schedules, including some Saturdays
• Ability to complete other duties as assigned
• Ability to comprehend job-related duties in both verbal and writtenformats
• Comfortable working with limited supervision at times

• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout theshift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
