Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Security Officer for Protective Operations in Long Beach. You will safeguard personnel, facilities, and assets, enforce access controls, and respond to alarms and incidents.

The role requires coordinating with security leadership and maintaining protective posture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in physical or corporate security, experience in senior/officer roles, strong reporting and mentorship abilities, and the capacity to work night shifts, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in physical or corporate security.
• Experience as Senior Officer or Lead Officer in security.
• Knowledge of patrol operations, access control, CCTV, alarm response.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Protect personnel, facilities, critical infrastructure, IP, and assets.
• Enforce company policies and access-control requirements.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Assess incidents and provide initial operational direction until leadership takes over.
• Monitor CCTV, access-control, intrusion-detection, and alarm systems.
• Assist with investigations, video reviews, and evidence preservation.
