Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or software engineering leadership.
• Experience designing or modernizing enterprise software, business applications, and integrations.
• Experience leading architects, engineers, or technology teams.
• Track record of building technology strategies, roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of IT Architects.
• Set goals for the Architecture team aligned to roadmaps and priorities.
• Own and advance the Enterprise Architecture practice including standards, governance, and reference architectures.
• Maintain and evolve the North Star Architecture to support long-term strategy.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board and facilitate enterprise technology decisions.
• Serve as senior architectural advisor on complex software and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define future-state capabilities and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations, vendor assessments, and platform selection.
• Review and influence solution architectures, integration strategies, and modernization initiatives.
