Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record in software development with exposure to cloud-native and traditional languages.
• Experience leading teams in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and microservices.
• Exposure to GenAI, SaaS platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of engineers delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure high-quality execution of engineering projects with a focus on speed, reliability, and customer impact.
• Platform Adoption: Support the use of SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, architects, and other technology leaders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Technical Oversight: Promote sound engineering practices within the team and support strong design and implementation in collaboration with architects.
• Agile Delivery: Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensure backlog health, remove obstacles, and help the team continuously improve.
• Culture Building: Create a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven team environment.
