We’re looking for our first Engineering Manager! Someone who will work closely with our Founders, Tech Lead, Product Owners and of course, our growing team of engineers (8+).

We’re looking for someone who can help us shape the structure of our teams, build better products, have more fun whilst doing so and ensure that we’re always delivering the most value and achieving the most impact we can for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your time with us will be varied and you’ll be exposed to a lot of the business,working with different stakeholders to understand our requirements and help usbuild better products, or looking at better ways of doing things.

You’ll work closely with a growing team of engineers across different disciplines,providing leadership, mentoring and coaching and helping everyone level up.You’ll help us create better technical documentation, improve the ways in which welearn and share resources with each other & ultimately be responsible for the deliveryof your team.

What You’ll Need

A solid background in Engineering, ideally from being an engineer yourself!(bonus points if you used the same tech stack as us!)

Exposure and experience applying your skills in different environments, duringvarious phases of scaling & company growth

Impressive people skills, being able to coach, mentor, manage and ultimatelylead your team to greater success

A wider understanding of Engineering related disciplines and workflows (e.gProduct, Testing, Automation ect)
