Cyderes is seeking a hands-on Manager, Software Engineering to lead a distributed team across the U.S. and India in building the next-generation Cyderes portal, integrating MDR and Meridian into a scalable customer experience.

This role is a 70% hands-on / 30% leadership position, driving architecture, design, coding, and deployments while mentoring engineers and providing technical direction. You will evolve the agentic product development lifecycle using AI tools like Claude to boost

Competenze

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• Experience leading engineers in Engineering Manager or Technical Lead roles.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native app development.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or Go.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS/web apps, APIs, dashboards, reporting.
• Experience with AWS Amplify preferred.
• Solid understanding of architecture, system design, scalability, security, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and Claude preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills across distributed US/India teams.
• Cybersecurity, MDR, SOC, or security platform experience is a plus.

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across the U.S. and India.
• Design, architect, build, and deploy the next-generation Cyderes portal.
• Develop scalable multi-tenant web apps, APIs, dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Build modern front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, and AWS Amplify.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Java, and/or Go.
• Drive cloud architecture and application development using AWS.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture, coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Integrate MDR, Meridian, and other Cyderes capabilities into the portal.
• Establish and improve engineering practices with AI-assisted development, including Claude.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
