Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a Product Leader to own the migration of a general-purpose work-management backend to a purpose-built case platform. You will own the case lifecycle, collaborate with Engineering, SOC leadership, and UX, and mentor other Product Managers to raise the bar for product thinking.

Your work includes defining the case data model, driving build/buy decisions with Architecture, and ensuring two-way synchronization with customers’ ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience defining data models and case lifecycles with cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to mentor other product managers and raise product thinking.
• A track record of collaborating with engineering, UX, and leadership teams.
