About the Role

Cyderes is looking for a hands-on Manager, Software Engineering to lead a distributed team building the next-generation Cyderes portal, bringing together capabilities including MDR and Meridian into a modern, scalable customer experience.This is a highly technical leadership role with an approximate 70% hands-on / 30% leadership split. You will drive architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and deployments while also mentoring engineers, assigning work, and providing technical direction.You will also help evolve Cyderes' agentic product development lifecycle, leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate software development and engineering productivity.
