Job summary

Gametime's Fan Experience team is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead full-stack and front-end engineers building fans’ ticket discovery, decision, and purchase experiences across iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop.

You will work closely with a Product Manager and Designer, actively code, and raise velocity and quality through frontier models and AI tooling while balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, including several as a manager
• Experience leading full-stack and/or frontend engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern frontend stacks (React/React Native) and backend services
• Familiarity with SQL/analytics to diagnose funnel and feature performance
• Data-driven prioritization and technical trade-offs
• Hands-on engineering manager, comfortable writing/reviewing code

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the engineering roadmap for fan experience features
• Spend significant time coding alongside your team
• Set standards for AI tooling and frontier models to improve velocity and quality
• Partner with Product and Design as a peer with opinions on what should be built
• Mentor engineers and raise the talent bar across teams
• Collaborate cross-team to improve marketplace systems
