Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using ASP.NET and C#
• 1+ year of experience leading or managing software engineers
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting production software applications
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex T‑SQL development
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and related technologies
• Contribute production-ready code and participate in feature development and system enhancements
• Review code and provide technical guidance to engineering team members
• Participate in iteration planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and architectural decision-making
• Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Establish and maintain CI/CD practices
• Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and lead root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to align solutions with enterprise standards
• Promote engineering best practices, test automation, code quality, and continuous improvement
• Monitor delivery commitments, operational metrics, and team performance
• Foster knowledge sharing, talent development, and technical growth across the team
