Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, C#, and SQL Server. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical solutions and drive delivery, architect scalable web apps and RESTful APIs, and guide cloud adoption via Microsoft Azure services.

• 10+ years in software development with ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC/.NET Framework.

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Review application designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Drive cloud adoption and application deployment activities using Microsoft Azure services.
• Analyse and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor offshore and onsite team members, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful project execution and timely releases.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Framework.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v13-v16), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web application development.
• Expertise in SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure authentication/authorisation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, cloud deployments, application monitoring, and production support.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive technical discussions and solution design.
• Experience leading development activities, performing code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills with experience working in global delivery environments
