Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software development (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in .NET and React; working knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking/infrastructure practices.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings with technical input.
• Collaborate across product portfolios with product managers and stakeholders.
• Serve as domain expert and advocate of multiple technology stacks.
• Lead daily site, cross-site, and product team standups.
• Facilitate retrospectives and encourage empathetic feedback.
• Provide support for software products in user environments.
• Coach the team in paired programming and test-driven development.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
