Job summary

Erdos Miller in Houston is seeking an on-site Electronics Manufacturing Manager who will own production output and test operations across our product lines, mentoring technicians and driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

You will lead from the shop floor, set schedules, partner with engineering on DFM improvements, and translate shop-floor realities into executive-level conversations that sharpen plans and execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics manufacturing experience with knowledge of how things are built.
• Proven track record of hitting targets using data-driven decisions.
• Direct experience managing technician-level teams on the shop floor.
• Ability to translate shop floor realities into executive conversations.
• Bias toward action, decisiveness, and maintaining momentum.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own production output and test operations across main product lines.
• Directly manage a team of technicians and hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Lead on the floor, drive priorities, solve problems, and develop the team.
• Speak fluently about manufacturing operations at the leadership level.
• Within 90 days, set a production schedule and start driving daily priorities.
• By month 12, own an operating plan and partner with engineering on DFM improvements.
