Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Strong background supporting EMS in SMT PCBA and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Test Engineering organization.
• Oversee design, validation, and deployment of: ICT (In-Circuit Test), Functional Test (FCT), Boundary Scan (JTAG).
• Ensure test coverage meets customer quality and reliability requirements while minimizing manufacturing costs.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve production test failures; improve FPY, throughput, and equipment utilization.
• Analyze test data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions; support root cause analyses.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Improvement projects on test coverage, false failure rates, and Cost of Test (CoT).
• Serve as the technical interface for customers regarding manufacturing test solutions; participate in design reviews and audits.
