Job summary

AirPro Diagnostics/Nationwide Parts is seeking an electronics assembly technician to install configured electronics into the Auggie line, complete ribbon cable work, and ensure proper testing.

Responsibilities include making all connections per instructions, installing the battery, powering on, and validating display outputs with guided software tests, while maintaining high accuracy and ESD safety.

Qualifications

• Electronics/mechanical assembly experience with cables, harnesses, ribbon cables and fastening.
• ESD-safe handling and focus on high-quality, repeatable results.
• Able to read assembly drawings and follow guided tests.

Responsibilities

• Install the electronics assembly into the enclosure and secure with fasteners.
• Make all internal and external connections per the work instructions.
• Install the battery, power on, remote in, and set display.
• Run the functional QC test application and verify results against criteria.
• Log defects and follow ESDS-safe workflow and takt timing.
