Job summary

Nestlé USA is building the future of manufacturing and packaging. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician Apprentice, you will learn to become a full-time Electro-Mechanical Technician through coursework and hands-on training to maintain production equipment and perform preventative maintenance.

You’ll learn about pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, PLC basics, electrical controls, and diagnostic troubleshooting while developing skills to support operators and improve line performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Creative problem solver eager to improve mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Demonstrated competency in both mechanical and electrical areas.
• Love hands-on and practical work; enjoy working with machinery and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production-related equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Eliminate unplanned stoppages and increase asset uptime.
• Build operator technical capabilities and provide on-the-job training.
