Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and build documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and customize highly automated food packaging machinery and related ancillary equipment.
• Manage machine build and customization projects, coordinating parts with internal teams.
• Perform mechanical and electrical setup, troubleshooting, service, and repair of packaging equipment.
• Assemble and disassemble complex machinery involving mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Train alongside senior technicians to learn machine build processes.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to machine performance, safety, and build quality.
