Job summary

You will set up lab benches, run predefined test cases, perform electrical stress testing, diagnose harness issues, and contribute to comprehensive test plans that address noise, ground loops, and transient spikes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on verification of power generation and low-voltage battery systems.
• Experience with electrical test benches, wiring harnesses, and lab fixtures.
• Ability to author electrical test plans and diagnose electrical noise and transients.
• Good to have knowledge of HIL bench development, MATLAB/Simulink, and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Set up physical lab benches and connect harness break-out boxes.
• Execute predefined electrical test cases under guidance.
• Independently create and run electrical stress tests for battery modules and actuators.
• Troubleshoot harness issues and component anomalies.
• Collaborate on assembling test platforms with power equipment, loads, oscilloscopes and batteries.
• Diagnose noise, ground loops, power brownouts and transient spikes across interfaces.
