Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and building custom electrical test equipment and automated test systems.
• Experience with PCB/PCBA testing and test infrastructure.
• Proficiency with schematic design and documentation tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or Altium Designer.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, DAQ systems, power supplies, relays, and panel wiring.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, interlocks, E-stops, fault protection, and industrial wiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and commission electrical test infrastructure for PCBA reliability testing and BMS hardware.
• Develop custom test racks, electrical fixtures, and automated test equipment for reliability testing.
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand board function, interfaces, and requirements.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or Altium.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, DAQ systems, sensors and industrial automation hardware.
