RJI Search in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join a frontier AI company for a full-time, 6-month contract onsite. If you're happiest at the bench with a soldering iron in one hand and a schematic in the other, this role puts those skills to work at the cutting edge of AI.

In a hardware lab, you'll design, build, test, and refine electronic and electromechanical systems to help train AI systems.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on electrical experience.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and board bring-up.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets.
• Confidence with multimeters, oscilloscopes and bench supplies.
• Soldering, crimping, and wiring harness assembly skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and bring up electronic systems including power distribution and wiring for motors, sensors, cameras, and computing hardware.
• Build and modify wiring harnesses with crimping, soldering, and connectors.
• Lead electrical bring-up of new circuit boards and subsystems with pre-power checks.
• Diagnose electrical faults and document failures, root causes, and fixes.
• Work through full hardware cycle from design to testing and refinement.
• Review instructions, catch inaccuracies, and help improve technical docs.
