Sheakley Workforce Staffing is actively hiring an EHS Manager for Kingman, KS. This direct hire role places you on the plant floor across four shifts, focusing on real-world safety leadership rather than paperwork.

Lead inspections, own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level, and coach hourly teams. You will investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, and deliver hands-on training to ensure a strong safety culture from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shifts.
• Own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level.
• Build trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadership.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver hands‑on training that sticks.
