Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking an EHS Manager for a 24/7 manufacturing site in Kingman, KS. This hands-on safety leadership role focuses on floor presence, inspections, and coaching operators to maintain a safe work environment.

You will own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance, conduct incident investigations, and deliver practical on-the-floor training across all four shifts. Competitive benefits and bonus potential up to 10% are included.

A growing manufacturer of synthetic fiber products (used in reinforced concrete and other applications) is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety at a 24/7 facility running 4 shifts. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role: walking the plant, running inspections, and coaching operators, not sitting behind a screen.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shifts


• Own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level


• Build trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadership


• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions


• Deliver hands‑on training that sticks
