Job summary

Sheakley is seeking an EHS Manager at our Kingman, KS facility. This is a direct-hire, hands-on safety leadership role at a 24/7 manufacturing site, not just paperwork.

You will perform floor inspections, own LOTO, machine guarding and PPE compliance, investigate incidents, and deliver practical safety training across all four shifts, partnering with operators and shift leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs.
• Flexibility to rotate across all 4 shifts as needed.

A growing manufacturer of synthetic fiber products (used in reinforced concrete and other applications) is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety at a 24/7 facility running 4 shifts. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role: walking the plant, running inspections, and coaching operators, not sitting behind a screen.

What You'll Do

• Own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level
